Day 1: Transfer from Kampala/Entebbe to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Your driver-guide will pick you up early from your hotel or Entebbe Airport.

Drive southwest through rolling hills and traditional homesteads.

Stop at the Equator line for photos and an optional coffee break.

Continue to Queen Elizabeth National Park, famous for its scenic beauty and diverse wildlife.

Arrive in the afternoon and enjoy a relaxing evening at your lodge.

Day 2: Game Drive & Boat Cruise on the Kazinga Channel

Early morning game drive in the Kaseni Plains β€” look out for elephants, lions, buffaloes, leopards, antelopes, and warthogs.

Return to the lodge for breakfast and leisure time.

In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, a natural waterway connecting Lakes George and Edward, famous for hippos, crocodiles, and a dazzling array of birds.

Day 3: Drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Continue through the terraced hills of Kigezi to arrive at Bwindi in the evening.

Check in at your lodge, enjoy dinner, and prepare for gorilla trekking the next day.

Day 4: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for briefing by UWA rangers.

Begin your trek through thick rainforest in search of a gorilla family group β€” the experience can take 2–6 hours depending on their movement.

Spend an unforgettable one hour observing these magnificent creatures as they feed, play, and care for their young.

Return to your lodge for relaxation and optional community or craft visit.

Day 5: Return to Kampala or Entebbe

Enjoy a relaxed breakfast, then start your journey back to Kampala or Entebbe.
